Deliveries & Shipping
Small Dreams Toys is currently shipping orders within Australia. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly. Please allow up to 7 working days from your order confirmation and approval receipt.
Small Dreams uses a combination of Australia Post and/or Fastway Couriers for all deliveries. A schedule of postage and handling fees, and our preferred method of shipping, are located below. Make sure someone is able to sign for your goods when they are delivered, if no one is available the goods will be redirected to your closest Post Office or Fastway Couriers outlet for collection. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post, you may select the Australia Post option as your Shipping choice.
If you have not received your order within the days specified contact us at store@smalldreams.com.au. You need to include your full name and order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.
Pickup from store
Small Dreams offers the alternative of picking up the goods from our storefront at 255 High St. Northcote VIC 3070. Please call the store direct on 03 9486 4688 to arrange a suitable time to pickup the order.
Refunds
Small Dreams Toys Pty Ltd will only accept returns if the goods have been incorrectly described, incorrectly delivered, are not fit for purpose, or any other matters covered by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth).
Faulty goods?
Every order is inspected by us before it leaves our Store , this is to ensure you receive product in good condition
If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us on our email address store@smalldreams.com.au. Please note that Faulty goods should be returned within in a reasonable timeframe.
Freight Costs
Small Dreams offers a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $7.95.
Small Dreams offers free shipping on orders over $50 (inclusive of GST). This offer is limited to the metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Canberra. This offer is also limited to a combined package weight of no more than 10kg.
The majority of toys we sell fall below 10kg, so the above freight costs will be appropriate for the majority of orders. In the instance where an individual toy weighs more than 10kg we will contact you by email with a refined shipping quote for that order.
